Katherine Legge’s NASCAR Cup debut was definitely a rough one, but she seems to be handling it with self-awareness and a desire to improve. It’s interesting that both Daniel Suárez and Kevin Harvick pointed to NASCAR’s approval process rather than just blaming her outright.
Jumping straight into a Cup race without much stock car experience is a huge challenge, even for a driver as accomplished as Legge.
