NASCAR handed out multiple suspensions and fines in its latest penalty report following the race weekend at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

The Richard Childress Racing No. 8 team (Kyle Busch) and the Joe Gibbs Racing No. 19 team (Chase Briscoe) will be without their jackmen and rear tire changers for two weeks after their wheels detached during the Pennzoil 400.

No. 8 team: Jackman Dylan Moser and rear tire changer Shiloh Windsor

No. 19 team: Jackman Caleb Dirks and rear tire changer Daniel Smith

For the next two races, the No. 8 team will rely on substitutes Chris Jackson (rear tire changer) and Garrett Crall (jackman), who typically work with Viking Motorsports and Our Motorsports in the Xfinity Series.

Meanwhile, Joe Gibbs Racing, which supplies pit crews to Front Row Motorsports’ No. 4 car (Noah Gragson), will shift Adam Riley (rear tire changer) and Nathan McBride (jackman) to fill the gaps.

In the Xfinity Series, four teams received $5,000 fines each for having a single loose lugnut after The Liuna race on Saturday:

No. 11 Kaulig Racing Chevrolet (Josh Williams)

No. 19 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota (Aric Almirola)

No. 26 Sam Hunt Racing Toyota (Dean Thompson)

No. 88 JR Motorsports Chevrolet (Connor Zilisch)

Additionally, one Truck Series team was fined $2,500 for the same issue following the Ecosave 200 on Friday:

No. 07 Spire Motorsports Chevrolet (Justin Haley)

NASCAR also issued suspensions under its Substance Abuse Policy to Jo Wright, formerly a tire changer for RFK Racing’s No. 6 team, and Corbin Sklener, who worked as a tire carrier for Mike Harmon Racing in the Truck Series.

Following the suspension, Coleman Dollarhide has taken over tire-changing duties for RFK Racing’s No. 6 car since last weekend’s race at Las Vegas.
