Martin Truex Jr Lists Lake Norman Mansion for Sale
After a 22-year career in the NASCAR Cup Series, Martin Truex Jr has stepped away from full-time racing following the 2024 season. Now, he’s putting his luxurious home in Mooresville, North Carolina, on the market.
The estate, described as a European-style property, sits on nearly 5 gated acres along Lake Norman—a prime location in the heart of NASCAR country, just outside of Charlotte. The 14,000-square-foot mansion includes five bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
Truex’s lakefront home offers a range of high-end features, including an infinity pool, waterfall, fire pit, and a private dock with a boat lift. Inside, the basement is outfitted with a custom bar, theater room, gym, and game area.
He originally bought the home in April 2006 for $1.48 million. It is now listed at a much higher price, reflecting the luxury upgrades and prime location.
Truex Jr, the 2017 NASCAR Cup Series champion with 34 career wins, made a one-off return to racing earlier this year at the Daytona 500 with Tricon Garage. Unfortunately, his race ended in a DNF (Did Not Finish).
